Ensuring the highest quality promotional staff is vital, at Activ8 we use a star rating system that ensures the quality of our staff, Brand Ambassadors rating is based on the last 5 projects that our promotional staff have worked and their rating is fed back by  either their team leaders, account managers, quality assurance managers or clients. The rating is averaged on the last 5 projects that staff have worked on. The importance of a rating system is how it is used! When selecting Brand Ambassadors for a project we always offer promotional staff with 10 stars (Our highest rating) first option on projects, so there really is an incentive for them to perform on every project they work on and improve their rating.
